When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has duly complied the conditions as directed by this Court and has also produced the proof for the same.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2049 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every week.

3. Post this matter on 06.06.2023 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
