R.Jothi ..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from first respondent and to quash G.O.Ms.No.90 Home (Courts IIA) Department, dated 03.02.2005 in respect of the property measuring 1700 sq.ft. in New S.No.59/5 with terraced building bearing Door No.1/2, Sivan Koil Street (Easwaran Koil Street), Kurinjipadi, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore District and consequently to remove the property from G.O.Ms.No.90 Home (Courts 11A) Department dated 03.02.2005.
