ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 28.06.2012 made in Criminal Original Petition No.14439 of 2012, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the respondent has filed a status report wherein he has stated that the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against Mrs.Gunavalli https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ could not be executed as directed because she shifted her

residence elsewhere and her whereabouts is not known. He has also stated that Mrs.Gunavall has obtained an order of anticipatory bail from this court, wherein, there is a direction to Mrs.Gunavalli to surrender before the court concerned.

3. Having regard to all the above, I am inclined to drop the further proceedings in this matter.

4. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
