This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in in Crl.O.P.No. 26629 of 2022 dated 03.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
