Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 3 and 4 from putting up the bus shelter in front of the petitioner plot comprised in Survey No.78/4 of situates in Thiruninravur Village, Gomathi Puram to an extent of 653 sq.ft., in Ward No.9, Opposite to EB Office. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 3 and 4 from putting up bus shelter in front of the petitioner's plot comprised in Survey No.78/4 in Thiruninravur Village, Gomathi Puram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that there was already a bus shelter in front of the land of the petitioner. Since it was damaged, the Panchayat has constructed a new bus shelter at the estimated cost of Rs.3,30,000/- and it was already opened for the public use.

3. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is closed as no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition and liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
