ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court in WP.No.6738 of 2023 dated 04.03.2024, thereby this Court directed to consider the case of the petitioner within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced letter dated 08.04.2025 of the second respondent, before this Court, and submitted that in pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in the writ petition, the second respondent has sent a proposal to the first respondent through the aforesaid letter dated 08.04.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 08.04.2025, this contempt petition is liable to be closed. However, the first respondent is directed to issue a Government Order, in view of the aforesaid proposal sent by the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this contempt petition is disposed of. 2/4
