The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to continue the services of petitioner till 30.04.2022 together with all service benefits.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, he prayed this Court to dismiss the writ petition as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
