(CRIME NO.5 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order dated 30.12.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.18432 of 2020 directing the petitioner to report before the Respondent Police everyday @ 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18432 of 2020 dated 30.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18432 of 2020 dated 30.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
