For Appellants : Mr.S.K.Rakhunathan (in all CMAs) For Respondent : Mr.R.Bharath Kumar(in all CMAs) COMMON JUDGMENT Challenging the fair and final orders passed in I.A.Nos.451, 452 & 471 of 2014 in O.S.No.140 of 2014, on the file of Principal District Court, Tirupur, the defendants have filed the above appeals.

2. When the appeals were taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submitted that the Trial Court had dismissed the suit in O.S.No.140 of 2014 on 17.03.2017 and the plaintiff has filed an appeal in A.S.No.188 of 2017 before this court.

3. Since the suit itself has been disposed of by the Trial Court, I do not find any reason to keep the appeals pending, which are preferred against the Interlocutory Applications in I.A.Nos.451, 452 & 471 of 2014.
