PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned G.O.Ms.NO.25 of Handloom, Handicrafts, Textiles & Khadi Department dated 23.02.2010 issued by the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to treat the petitioner's service as basic service and to retain her until she attains the age of 60 years and also to fix the wages on par with the other basic services.
