The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo before this Court dated 27.07.2021 stating that they do not have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions to pursue the writ petition, since the Managing Partner of the petitioner Firm had expired. The order impugned in the present writ petition is also against the interest of the workmen insofar as he has claimed for reinstatement, but for awarding of compensation of Rs.10,000/- alone.

2. There is no representation for the first respondent also.

3. In view of the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner has reported that he has no instructions, the writ petition stands closed. However, if any of the parties is of the view that the matter requires to be adjudicated, further liberty is granted to file an application to review the order of this Court within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
