ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 1st respondent and the 16th respondent herein to enquire into the fraud perpetrated by respondents 3 to 15 herein in the matter of inviting tenders for public works from February 2007 onwards and take appropriate action against them and ensure that due publicity of tender notices are made so as to ensure full participation of intending registered contractors.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that as the relief claimed in this Writ Petition became infructuous, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous .
3. In such view of the matter, as the relief claimed in this Writ Petition became infructuous, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
