It is submitted that the petitioner died. However, the legal representatives of the petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves in the place of the petitioner, which shows that they are not interested to pursue with this writ petition. 4.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
