Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st Respondent in Police Note.No.SC/4/2022 dated 29.01.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to appoint neutral and independent officers in the said positions uninfluenced by any request made by the 1st and 3rd respondents till the completion and declaration of results of the local body elections scheduled to be held in February, 2022 across the State of Tamil Nadu.
