Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.8400/A1/2005-3 dated 2.5.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to place the petitioner as No.1 in the cadre of District Library Officer and give promotion to the post of Deputy Director.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8400/A1/2005-3 dated 2.5.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to place the petitioner as No.1 in the cadre of District Library Officer and give promotion to the post of Deputy Director.

2. Today when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order dated 02.05.2007 was already quashed by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2007 made in W.P.Nos.24947, 24250, 18231, 18232, 18233, 18707 and 36061 of 2007.
