respondents that they have not been served with a copy of the Writ Petition and its annexures to enable them to take instructions in the matter.

3. In the light of the aforesaid position, I see no reason to keep the Writ Petition pending any longer and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
