Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the publication of results of the selection of the candidate for the post of the statistical Inspector conducted by the respondent published on 07.07.2009 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to declare the petitioner as selected for the post of statistical Inspector.

ORDER

When the matter was listed on 6.2.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. So the matter was directed to be listed on 7.2.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2009 are also dismissed. No costs.
