2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the prayer portion of the order, a sentence has been left out. Hence, the same is corrected as follows:

"Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare Rules I-A, I-B and II-A of the Conduct Rules and Discipline and Appeal Rules supplied to the petitioner as an enclosure along with the letter dated 27.11.03 from the 4th respondent as illegal and null and void."
