Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the order passed by 1st respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1052/2020/A3OOE(uu) dated 10.01.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to seek alternative place for installation of High Tension Electric Tower or lay down an underground Electric cable without hindering the pathway at Veeranam Road, Padur.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.01.2021 passed by the first respondent under which, the High Tension Electric Towers have been erected. Thereafter, the petitioner has given a representation, requesting for removal of the said High Tension Electric Tower.

2. It is now represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the said representation, the High Tension Electric Tower has now been removed.

3. Since the High Tension Electric Tower has been removed, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been achieved.

4. After recording the submissions made by the respective counsels, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
