Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in F.No.V12017/37/2003-PMS/DE, dated 5th September 2006, and quash the same, in so far it relates to the reduction in intake of 20 students for the academic year 2006-07 in BDS course to the Petitioner College, and consequently to direct the first respondent to permit the Petitioner College to restore the admission of 60 students instead of 40 students as before permitted by the first respondent for the academic year 2006-07 in the BDS course.
