No.160/2008, RC. No.H1/3743/2008 dated 10.02.2008 placing the petitioner under suspension and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to release the petitioner from suspension with all consequential monetary and service benefits.

The writ petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the impugned suspension order passed by the respondent in his D.O. No.160/2008, RC. No.H1/3743/2008 dated 10.02.2008 placing the petitioner under suspension and seeking a direction to the respondent herein to release the petitioner from suspension with all consequential monetary and service benefits.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous since the suspension order passed by the respondent was revoked on 17.04.2010.

Government Pleader appearing for the respondent to the effect that the suspension order has been revoked on 17.04.2010, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous as nothing further survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P. is. closed. No costs.
