Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 17.01.2002 in I.D.No.38 of 1999, passed by the first respondent on preliminary issue with regard to the fairness of the enquiry and the correctness of the findings of the Enquiry Officer and also the main award dated 08.03.2002passed by the first respondent in I.D.No.38 of 1999 dismissing the petitioner' s industrial dispute and declining to grant any relief, quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service, backwages and other attendant benefits. O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, 18(1) settlement was entered into between the writ petitioner as well as the second respondent-Management on 01.06.2011.

2. In view of the 18(1) Settlement, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
