ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 28.01.2022 in W.P.No.17698 of 2019.

2.My attention is drawn to the order of the Division Bench dated 01.06.2023 in W.A.No.1022 of 2023 and C.M.P.No.10207 of 2023, which is as follows:

"Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/caveator fairly submitted that he is not pressing the contempt petition for the present.

2.The above submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent/caveator is recorded.

3.Mr.S.Silambannan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks two weeks time to get instructions. Post the matter after two weeks."
