This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in filing the above CMA.SR.No.10420 of 2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material available in the record.
3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable, the interest for the default period is ordered to be waived. Therefore, the delay in filling CMA.SR.No.10420 of 2025 is condoned.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
