PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned proceedings in 21001/ Comp / GPC / Vlr dated 29.12.2025 passed by 6th respondent and the consequential proceedings in 2001/ GPC / EC KRl / Gen dated 10.01.2026 passed by the 7th respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to continue the CSD canteen in the present place at Ex-Serviceman Welfare officer building Krishangiri till the construction of new building in ECHS Campus, Krishangiri.
