The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 07.02.2018 issued by the first respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and retired from service. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the present writ petition.
