This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for records from the file of the respondent made in reference Vi.Pa.No: 1/196 dated .10.2007 and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may, without going into the merits of the case, grant liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
