reference Vi.Pa.No: 1/196 dated .10.2007 and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the eviction notice issued by the Bhoothan Board. This Court may, without going into the merits of the case, grant liberty to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the Bhoothan Board.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the Bhoothan Board. No costs.
