This petition is filed to condone the delay of 530 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 11.09.2018 made in W.P.No.12885 of 2010.

2. Mr.Agilesh Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned State Government Advocate appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent has vehemently opposed for the condonation of delay.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the appeal on 06.07.2021.
