The petitioners have filed these contempt petitions, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court dated 02.11.2022 in W.M.P.No.14399 of 2022 in W.P.No.15222 of 2022 and W.M.P.No.14393 of 2022 in W.P.No.15215 of 2022 2/4

2.The petitioners have secured an interim order of this Court dated 02.11.2022 in W.P.Nos.15215 and 15222 of 2022 and W.M.P.Nos.14393 and 14399 of 2022, which order has been continued upto date and is in force as on date. However, despite the stay being granted by this Court in the above said writ petitions, the respondents appears to have issued notice dated 11.01.2023, calling the petitioner for a personal hearing on 25.01.2023. It is informed that by communication dated 23.01.2023, the petitioner had been informed that due to the pendency of the above writ petitions proceeding will be kept in abeyance. 3.In view of the above, I do not find any merits in these contempt petitions. Accordingly, these contempt petitions are dismissed. 03.07.2023 Index : Yes/ No Speaking/Non-Speaking Order jas 3/4
