ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 04.07.2022 made in W.P.No.34033 of 2019.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced the copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent along with photocopy of the cheque dated 03.07.2022 for a sum of Rs.70,872/-. The said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader has not been controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2/4

3. In view of the said compliance and having recorded the same, this contempt petition is closed.
