2. The matter has been placed before us for 'Reporting Compliance'.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant contends that they are poor petty vendors and in the background of the case, they are making arrangements to mobilize fund and therefore, they may be granted some more time for the purpose of complying the order of the Division Bench on 05.11.2019.

4. As a measure of last concession, the time period indicated in the order dated 05.11.2019 shall stand extended till 31.12.2019. 5.
