ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus challenging the order dated 09.12.2011, rejecting the petitioner claim for employment in the land owners/land losers category.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner's father was already given employment under the land losers category and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 2 / 4

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
