The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that on account of some allegations, a charge memo was issued, enquiry was conducted and the writ petitioner was removed from service. Challenging the said order of removal, the writ petitioner filed a W.P.No.11272 of 2015 and the said writ petition is pending for adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Under these circumstances, the present writ petition is filed challenging another charge memo, which was already kept in abeyance by the Department.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader further states the impugned charge memo in this writ petition is kept in abeyance till the disposal of the W.P.No.11272 of 2015.
4. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required as far as the grounds in this writ petition are concerned. However, it is left open to the writ petitioner to pursue his remedy after the disposal of the writ petition, if he is reinstated in service.
5. With these observations, the present writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
