This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the order of the second respondent in O.C.No.215/2016 dated 29.06.2006 and quash the same.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous on account of change in law and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
