3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 1858 days in preferring the Revision is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
4.As and when the Revision petition is numbered, the name of the learned counsel for the respondent is required to be printed in the cause list. Therefore, Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list.
