This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the entire proceedings in Crime No.45 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police against them.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during pendency of this case, the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.11412 of 2018 before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and subsequently, the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.11412 of 2018 are quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12487 of 2019 dated 04.02.2020.
