This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 26.06.2023 in Crl.MP.No.8800 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
