PRAYER in both W.Ps: petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to restore the pay to the petitioner forthwith as per the proceedings of the third respondent dated 05.04.2013 in Na.Ka.No.45/2012 and consequently, direct the third respondent to refund the already recovered amount of the petitioner.
