Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the termination order bearing Ref.No.6090/TANSACS/STI/2016 dated 27.12.2016 passed by the third respondent and consequential order bearing ref.No.1160/E1/16 dated 28.12.2016 passed by the fourth respondent and to quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principles of natural justice and violative of Art. 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction directing the third and fourth

respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with full backwages, continuity of service and all other service benefits.
