This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that, petitioners had passed away and therefore, instead of dismissal for non prosecution, orders may passed stating that, petition is dismissed as abated with a liberty to reopen the petition.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners has not produced the copy of the death certificate of the petitioners. Therefore, the request cannot be considered. There is nothing to decide further in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the order passed in this Writ Petition on 14.02.2024 stands as it is.
