COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the order dated 22.02.2002 passed by the first respondent Tribunal in I.D.No.43/2001 (now renumbered as I.D.No.1/2002 pending on the file

of Special Industrial Tribunal, Chennai), thereby recording the settlement entered between respondents 2 to 4 filed and marked as Exhibit "A". 2.

Today when the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in all the writ petitions submitted that the prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous and nothing survive in the present petitions. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
