O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.22467/2011 dated 20.12.2012.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that no inspection was conducted as per the direction made in W.P.No.22467 of 2011. However, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that during the pendency of the contempt proceedings, inspection has been conducted. But, the petitioner would state that copy of the report has not been furnished. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the report would be communicated to the petitioner shortly by a Registered Post.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent in the Writ Petition who is not arrayed as respondent in the Contempt Petition submitted that a Writ Appeal (W.A.Sr23665 of 2015) has been filed against the order in W.P.No.22467 of 2011 dated 20.12.2012 and the Appeal is yet to be numberred.

4.In the light of the fact that the order passed in the Writ Petition has already been implemented and inspection has been conducted, the first respondent is directed to communicate the copy of the report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by way of Registered Post. It is open to the parties to agitate their grievance in the pending Appeal.

The Contempt Petition is closed with the above direction. No costs.
