This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.A.No.494 of 2023 by order dated 05.06.2023 directing him to appear before the Trial Court on the first day of every week until further orders in connection with Crime No.24 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The petitioner has been granted bail by this Court in Crl.A.No.494 of 2023 with certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first day of every week. This condition has been diligently complied with by the petitioner. Due to the above condition, the petitioner was unable to carry on his avocation and hence, sought relaxation of the condition.

rsi Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. Further submitted that in this case investigation completed, charge sheet filed in Spl.C.C.No.9 of 2023 and the case is posted to 23.02.2024 before Trial Court.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial Court, is totally relaxed.
