Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records on file of the 1st respondent in letter no.48575/N2/2000-9 dated 28.05.2002 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner as Block Health Supervisor on and from 01.08.2002.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed on 28.07.2009 challenging order dated 28.05.2002. There is absolutely no case made out for the laches in approaching this Court. Even today, when this is put to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no explanation is put forth in this regard. Moreover, at the time of filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was aged 48 years and as on date would be aged above 60 years. Thus, the prayer for quash of letter dated 28.05.2002 and a direction to the The Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine to promote the petitioner as Block Health Supervisor would not survive anymore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
