A.No. 648 of 2024 in TOS.No.45 of 2022 A.A. NAKKIRAN, J, This application has been filed by the applicant to record the 1st applicant as legal heir of the 2nd plaintiff and the 2nd applicant Mrs.Sumathy as legal representative of the 2nd plaintiff in the suit.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to the petition being allowed.

Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this application is allowed.
