ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the petitioner's minor daughter Selvi Monika, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this is the second time elopement of the detenue with the very same person viz., the third respondent notwithstanding the earlier registration of the case. It is further submitted that efforts are still on to secure the detenue. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is no instruction as of now. We are not inclined to keep the petition pending any longer. However, the investigation shall go on and as and when the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

4.With the above observation and direction, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
