This writ petition is filed, to quash the order made in Na.Ka.No.7080/E/2012, dated 09.10.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent and for a consequential direction to the 2nd and 4th respondents to extend the time limit for payment of 5th year lease amount.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected
