ORDER

1. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. On the previous date, i.e., on 14.11.2016, I had noted that the matter was placed in the Court, as there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners on the previous six dates of hearings, fixed before the learned Master.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
