This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the second respondent dated 06.09.2007.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by referring paragraph No.8 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, has stated that the order of recovery issued against the petitioner was withdrawn and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
